Dr. Moza Bint Tahnon Bin Mohamed Al Nahyan is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and policy contributor currently serving as Associate Professor of Management at Abu Dhabi University and Chair of the College of Business Advisory Board. She has built a strong reputation in the fields of management, leadership, and sustainable development through her extensive academic work, policy engagement, and international collaborations.
Dr. Moza obtained her PhD in Management from Monash University, Australia, where her research focused on the management of mega infrastructure projects in the United Arab Emirates. She also holds an MBA from American International University (USA) and a BBA from United Arab Emirates University. Her academic journey reflects a strong commitment to advancing management scholarship and leadership development in the UAE and globally.
With more than a decade of academic experience, Dr. Moza has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Communication, Training and Development, and Employee Performance Management. Her teaching approach integrates research-driven insights with practical leadership perspectives to prepare future business leaders.
